The Magic Raven was browsing the internet early Friday morning and ran across a trade show at the Long Beach Convention Center.  It was called the "Sign Business & Digital Graphics Show."  The Raven made a telephone call and  was cleared for a press pass.  He took a quick shower and headed down the 405 freeway  to Long Beach.   As he walked on to the show room floor  he was struck by the large assortment of working models of humungous printers.  These monster are designed for posters and billboards.  The Raven wanted one.  He could visualize his photographs leaping off these majestic ink jet marvels.  All of the sudden the show began to look like the Magic Raven's personnel headquarters.  I asked the price on the largest one.  $69.000 Plus.  I could visualize workmen pushing it into our living room at home.  That's the only room in the house big enough to house this printer.  I could also visualize Mrs. Magic Raven starting divorce proceeding almost immediately upon coming home and finding the gargantuan printer grinding out posters in our living room.  I'll probably not buy the printer.  But in my dreams, the show took on an aura all its own.

The Show Entrance

Notice the Magic Raven Tee Shirts.   These  guys have the right idea.  Notice the plastic bags.  Very good.  Notice the "Welcome!" sign.  Excellent.  The Fantasy is coming together.

Magic Raven clothing material.  I can envision every school aged child with the Raven logo's on their clothes.  The Raven is happy.

Here is one of the larger printers in action.  Notice the great photograph rolling out.  Notice the Magic Raven logo in the upper right hand corner of the photo.  These people know how to impress show goers with great pictures.

That's one of my Death Valley Sand Dune Pictures.   Notice how the people watching are absolutely enthralled by great art.  The Magic Raven feels very good.

Notice the Magic Raven plates.  This is making the Raven  hungry.  It's about 12:30.  Time for lunch.  Besides the Magic Raven has been walking  around for about forty five minutes.  His feet are starting to hurt.

This has been a fun show.  The Magic Raven has decided to come back next year.  The question arises:  Will the show organizers give the Raven another press pass after seeing this review?   Of course they will.
